Working titele: Finding Home

Ok, so this is about a month old or so by now, but for some reason it never ocurred to me that of course it would be on YouTube, until now. The set up is that Dean is in his car, singing along to Eye of the Tiger, and after the intro his brother Sam is supposed to come and interrupt him. However, the actor that plays Sam decided it would be funny to see what the actor who plays Dean would do if he didn't get his cue. Awesome happened. So much awesome that the producers decided to air it as a special treat after the credits.





This is the start of my first real celebrity crush. I never had one of those when I was a kid, or a teen, or anything like that. But oh lord, that clip makes me all gushy. It's probably funnier if you know the characters, but whatever, it's still awesome.

The reason it makes me gushy though is that I could totally see my bf doing that exact thing. So now I'm imagining that body, with my bf's personality [1] - swoon. And drool.

Hopefully the fangirling is out of my system now, and you won't have to hear about it anymore :o)


[1] For the record, I told him that, and he said "I totally knew you would" and laughed.

I just cancelled my subscription to news.individual.net. I might have earlier, had I remembered I had it, but either way, it's done now. I was thinking about afp the other day, and realised I don't miss it at all. I don't think I've posted since may. What limited things I might want in the future, I can do via Google Groups (such as follow up on the tale).

Most of why I was on afp was the people, and most of you are here. The things I lose (meeting new random people, random sprawling conversations, the larger interaction) lost their power to make up for all the frustration long ago.

I have been thinking of upgrading my LJ though - so I have a question for people with plus or paid accounts: does either of those options allow you to get notified when someone replies to a comment you posted in someone else's journal? That, and more userpics, is what I most miss.

Firstly, sorry about the blogspammin' everyone - I'm being avoidy.

Secondly, Britney Spears has released a new video - which I know is a big deal because there are posters all over the place... Apparently the new album, and first single, are circus themed. And apparently someone in her crew has watched Carnivále. Well, if you're gonna steal, steal from the best, eh?



These are two things I certainly didn't expect to put in the same sentence, Britney and Carnivále - and they thought that show was too weird for the mainstream public :o)
